Artwork and Product Information

Studio Lola sells original artwork, paintings, and related art products. Each original artwork is one-of-a-kind and may include natural variations in texture, finish, color, brushwork, and materials.

We make every effort to display artwork colors and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and device display.

Product descriptions, dimensions, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent, inaccurate, or placed in violation of these terms.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed before artwork is shipped or released for pickup.

Original Artwork Sales

All original artwork sales are subject to our Return Policy. Because original paintings are one-of-a-kind, all original artwork sales are generally final unless an item arrives damaged in transit.

If an artwork arrives damaged, you must contact Studio Lola within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the artwork, outer packaging, inner packaging materials, and shipping label so the issue can be reviewed.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines vary depending on artwork size, destination, packaging needs, and carrier availability.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Studio Lola is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, or other events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be redirected, reshipped, or returned due to an incorrect address.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, pickup must be arranged by appointment. Artwork will not be released until payment is complete.

Custom Artwork and Commissions

If custom artwork or commissions are offered, details including size, concept, timeline, price, and deposit requirements will be discussed before work begins.

Custom artwork deposits and payments may be non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has begun. Commissioned work is final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, photographs, written content, logos, product descriptions, and website materials are the property of Studio Lola or the respective rights holder.

Purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or commercial usage rights to the buyer.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or use Studio Lola artwork, images, or content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Personal Use of Artwork Images

Customers may share photos of purchased artwork in their home or space for personal use, including social media sharing, as long as Studio Lola is credited when possible and the images are not used for commercial reproduction or resale.

Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services. Certain features, payments, shipping tools, and apps may be provided by third-party services.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, services, or links that may be accessible through our website.

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to provide accurate, current, and complete information. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the site is error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time.
