Processing Time
Studio Lola original artwork is carefully prepared and packaged before shipment. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Processing time may vary for oversized artwork, custom pieces, or pieces requiring special packaging.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, packaging needs, and destination of the artwork. Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.
For large or oversized original paintings, additional shipping coordination may be required after purchase.
Packaging
Each original artwork is packaged with protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely. Depending on the size and finish of the piece, packaging may include protective wrap, corner protection, cushioning, reinforced cardboard, or a custom shipping box.
Studio Lola takes care to package each piece thoughtfully before it leaves the studio.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another trusted carrier depending on the size and destination of the artwork.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of Studio Lola’s control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Studio Lola is not responsible for carrier delays.
Large or Oversized Artwork
Large original paintings may require additional time for packaging and shipping coordination. If special shipping is needed, Studio Lola will contact you with details after your order is placed.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by appointment in Louisiana when offered. If local pickup is selected or arranged, Studio Lola will contact you to schedule a pickup time.
Artwork must be paid in full before pickup.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Studio Lola is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Packages
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Studio Lola within 48 hours of delivery.
To review the issue and begin a carrier or insurance claim if applicable, please include photos of:
- The damaged artwork
- The outer packaging
- The inner packing materials
- The shipping label
- Any visible damage to the box
Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact Studio Lola and we will help review the tracking information. Studio Lola is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist where possible.
