Return and refund policy

  • All original artwork sales are final
  • Studio Lola does not accept returns or exchanges on original paintings
  • Orders may be canceled only before the artwork has shipped
  • If artwork arrives damaged, customer must contact Studio Lola within 48 hours
  • Required damage photos: artwork, outer box, inner packing materials, shipping label
  • Studio Lola will work with the customer to review the issue and begin a carrier/insurance claim if applicable
  • Shipping charges may be non-refundable
  • Custom commissions, if offered, are final sale and non-refundable once started
  • All original artwork is one-of-a-kind and carefully packaged before shipment. Because of the unique nature of original art, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged in transit.
